Final: Part 2
Everything in this class that we did I enjoyed. For example I was aware of some careers in the medical field but having this class made me learn of every more that I didn't even know. Another thing I really like about this class was all the learning lessons we did because they are learning lesson about life and ourselves to become better people. I can't think of anything I disliked about this class all I can say is that my expectation for it were not what I thought, they were even better. I don't think the class needs improvement maybe what can change is having the student socialize a bit more as in doing activities with each other then having them all quiet sitting down. I feel that I did very well in this class and that whenever I was not absent because of the doctor I would do my best. I know if I would not miss so much because of my eyes my grade might have been much better but unfortunately I couldn't do anything about that. I do read my goals four times a week, I'm not going to lie not everyday because at times I become so busy I forget. But one of my goals is to read them everyday and I read them to motivate myself in accomplishing them and finishing my 100 goals so I can start another 100 more. I am commited of being a CTR person because I want to live a happy and good life. Where I can help others by also helping myself. Being a CTR person is setting an example for those around you to make a change for a better environment to live in. It may be more easier to do things bad but it's not the right thing to do. I want to make a change in my community and by wanting that I need to be the role model that you can be a CTR person regardless where you come from or how you were raised. My body, mind and spirit are the most important things I have. Taking care of my body will require me eat healthy and to exercise at least everyday for 30mins. My mind will be filled with positive thoughts and I will only think about doing good things and lastly my spirit. In order to have my spirit healthy I will have to be in peace with myself and by doing that all I would need to do is be stress free and have positive energy around me.

Final: Part1
In my group we were only three people; Yasmin, Michael and me. Our topic was legalizing marijuana and the benefits it would have if we do legalize it. My role for this presentation was the counterargument. I had to focus on the cons and rebutting them. Having to do the project itself was not my challenge because politics has always been my passion; what I found more difficult was speaking in front of people and making sure I got my point across without passing our time limit. I have to admit it was stressful because sometimes my group members were not on tasks and were behind. We would argue and sometime met up. I had to stay constantly on them in order to make sure we would not fall behind. Even though we did fight and have our arguments on the day of the presentation I believe my group and I did a magnificent job. We were confident about our debate and presented ourselves very well. Our rehearsals were not so good because we would fool around but I'm happy that the day our presentation we pulled ourselves together and gave it our all. Besides all the negative things that happen and the stress we were all in I honestly would not mind doing something like this again. It help me by learning speech skills and not being afraid of presenting in front of people. I took the mistakes and places where I felt I needed improvement as learning lessons so by next time I will create a better presentation. In my old school we never had assignment or presentation like this; this was all new to me. I enjoyed every minute of it the only thing I would probably change is having more waters for the helpers. Not only was I in charge of my appointment but also since I'm in leadership I was in charge of decorating and cleaning up our hallways so they can look presentable for our visitors. But that was not all of my job I was also assigned to be a host like every other student in leadership to keep things organized and help anyone who was lost. Each one of us had a class to take care of. I had to balance being a host and my presentation, although it was tough work and at the end of the night I had blisters from my high heels this is an experience I would not mind doing all over again.

"When I do good, I feel good. When I do bad, I feel bad"
Abraham Lincoln
The reason why you feel good when you do something good for someone is because your heart and mind know you are doing a good deed. You have that great feeling that you are helping someone out. No matter how small the things you are doing; as long as it's something good you will be making a change. For example helping a lady cross the street can be a nice and kind thing to do and by doing that you will feel much better because you are helping out a senior. When you do bad things you feel bad because you have a constions that is aware of what you are doing and knows it's wrong. For example when you fight with your siblings you might not feel bad at that moment because you have all that anger inside but as soon as it goes away you start regretting it. Thats why never do bad things that will make you feel bad, but good things that will bring positive energy.

Take responsibility for your own body, mind and spirit.
You Are in Charge
"Take responsibility for your own body, mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well being."
Mr. Haymore
Mind; stay focused on things that will bring good to your life, body: be healthy and take care of your body, spirit: god should be your first and main priority because without his help you won't be able to manage all of this. People never realize how much power you can have over your body. You are responsible of having a good body, mind and spirit. If you are out of balance in one of those characteristics you will not feel complete. It's very important to have a body, mind and spirit balance to live a happy life and to influence others about your happy life. It's all about good vibes and energy.

" We need the courage to start and continue what we should do, and the courage to stop what we shouldn't do."
This quote can mean many things. Sometimes when you're under the bad influence we tend to don't think of the consequences and just live by the moment but we need to realize that there risks for the decisions we take. Let's say you're friends are all smoking but you and they keep on encouraging to smoke as well are you going to let them influence you or will you say stop. Now it's very different when it comes down to doing the right choose. If you have a essay due or to study for a final you should encourage yourself to finish those tasks because they will help you out in life. Always encourage to do start and do the right thing.

"Always do right."
Mark Twain
Making the right choice can sometimes be more difficult then doing the wrong thing. And sometimes that's what many people think. They rather chose the bad path because they want an easy way out of a problem, issue or any decision. I'm not talking about just other people but I can also include myself. Even though the wrong decision can be much better than the right now choosing the right won't come with a consequence but maybe with a reward for saying the truth and doing the right thing. However there is still the probability that you still might get punished but is a better feeling then knowing you did the right thing.

"When You Tell A Lie It Leads To Another"
Paul Hatch
When you tell one lie, it leads to another
So you tell two lies to cover each other
Then you tell three lies and, Oh Brother
You're in trouble up to your ears!
So you tell four lies to try to protect you
Then you tell five lies so folks won't suspect
you
Then you tell sex lies and you'll collect
A life filled with worries and fear
Cause you can't remember how many lies
you've told
And half the things aren't true
And sometimes you'll slip up, you'll trip uup
and then
Whatever will become of you?
So you lie and lie without even trying
And each lie you tell will keep multiplying
'Till the whole wide world will know
you're lying
Then you'll be
Suspected
Detected
Rejected
Neglected
Disliked
And you should!
When you lie, you're closing the door
On everything good

"When you tell one lie, it leads to another"
Paul Hatch
Always Speak The Truth
When you tell your first lie it's always hard because you have never lied and the fear of someone finding out you're not honest makes you feel more nerves. But when you start lying more often that fear starts to go away and eventually you have no guilt about lying. The hard part about lying is that you can never stop. If you tell one lie you have to tell another one to cover up that lie and another and another. Not only are you dealing with so many lies but you have to keep your story straight and remember each lie you have told and since it didn't happen you will eventually forget the lie and get caught. That' why you should always say the truth no matter how much it can hurt someone because lying hurts more then the truth.

Upon completing a residency, these doctors may choose to enter a fellowship program and sub-specialize in one or more areas of radiology.Aspiring diagnostic radiologists complete a 4-year bachelor's degree program. Then they must complete four years of medical school followed by several years of residency training in radiology.
Reflection: Being a diagnostic radiologist sound fascinating. If I'm not mistaking my older sister had something like that done to her where they lay you down to see the inside of you. I didn't know what it was about but somehow I found it interesting to learn what exactly they did. The salary is not bad either and being a diagnostic radiologist sounds like a job that I will enjoy working in.

For example the class of leadership organized a day after school as a teachers appreciation day. We cleaned the whole leadership classroom, organized the table and also brought them food from our homes. It was a lot of work and it took timing, planning and preparation but honestly it all was worth it when we seen each and every teacher walk in the room with a big simple and surprised look on their faces. It's those kind of things that make you want and do more for those you care. I have not known my teachers for a long time but the short amount of time that I got to know them let's me know what great teachers they are and how much we should appreciate them for all there hard work even if it may seem we don't care it's always nice to here you are appreciated. We did an act of kindness and it felt great.

- I'm thankful for the family that I have.
- I'm thankful that I'm in good health.
- I'm thankful for the things I have.
- I'm thankful for god letting me wake up every morning.
- I'm thankful for the people that love me and care for me besides my family.
- I'm thankful for being able to eat every day.
- I'm thankful the water we still have.
- I'm thankful for the people who have always helped me in my time of need.
- I'm thankful that my teachers care about education.
- I'm thankful for having a principal who cares so much about my education and what I will accomplish after high school.
- I'm thankful for every experience that I have encountered because that's what made me become mature.
- Lastly I also thank those who have once hurt me or lied to me because if it were not for them I would have never know what is the real world and be the person I am today. The fact that I have experience those feelings I'm able to understand how a person will feel if I did the same thing and that's why I thank those people for giving me the experience so I won't do it to others.

"If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true don't say it."
Marcus Aurelius
This success statement can be pretty easy to follow and understand. The first sentences states "if it is not right do not do it" it can't get no more simpler then this. You know what's right and what's wrong if you know going out with your friends to smoke and drink is wrong don't do it because believe it or not your only harming yourself. Not only will you be lying to you parents about what you will be doing but you will also be harming yourself by lying, smoking and drinking at an age when you should not be doing those things. The second statement says "if it is not true don't say it" everything you hear with your friends or other people don't believe unless there is prove or you have seen it for yourself. If a friend tells you something bad about another person but you know that person has never done anything to you don't go in believing rumors stick to only the truth.

Some dentists are willing to pay a dental assistant-in-training that has a good attitude and work ethic.
Reflection: In my personal view i think that becoming a dental assistant is not that difficult. I know a few people who work as dental assistants and including a family member of mine also works in a dentist office but that wouldn't be a job i would like to do for the rest of my life. The job is easy and not difficult but the pay is not so good. I wouldn't like to have and check peoples mouths for a living. It doesn't seem as important in my personal view that's why i couldn't like or consider myself working as a dental assistant.

" It may make a difference to all eternity whether we do right or wrong today."
James Freeman Clark
It certainly will make a difference to all eternity if we choose the right or wrong. If you are a very intelligent person who studied in medication and got his doctors odds are that you will choose the right and help those in need instead of keeping all that knowledge to yourself. You will better our community by helping those who are sick. Another example is if you join the army or any other u.s armed force you will learn many techniques with guns and protecting yourself. You can choose the right thing by serving your country and using the techniques against those who are harming us or you can choose the wrong and use it against those who have done nothing wrong to you. The decisions you make in life whether right or wrong will affect the future of others and yourself.

Veterans Day
Veterans Day is an official United States holiday that honors people who have served, are serving or will serve in the U.S Armed Forces. It is a federal holiday that is celebrated on November 11 held on the anniversary of the end of World War I. In this holiday we get the opportunity to thank each and every person who has risk their lives fighting in war to protect us and our nation. My older brother served in the marines and died giving his life to our nation, since he turn 18 he left and passed away at the age of 27. That was always his dream to defined our homeland and protect it that's why I know that he is in a better place and that he died doing what he wanted. Not only did my older brother served in the marines but also my second brother joined the air force and as of right now he is actually in training. I know what it feels like to lose the people you love to war but I know my brothers death waste in vain and I know that in my heart he was doing the right thing. That's why I thank each and soldier, marine, air force and navy who are out there risking their lives for the protection of our nation and self.

1. Have the courage to say no.
2. Have the courage to face the truth.
3. Do the right thing because it is right.
These are the 3 magic keys to living your life with integrity.
W. Clement Stone
Doing the right thing might be more hard then doing the wrong thing. Kids and even parents sometimes get influence or under the bad temptation in choosing the wrong. But you have to have to courage to say no, you will make a bigger impact in your life if you say or do the wrong thing, that's called consequences. Believe it or not they will happen if you don't go down the right path. W. Clement Stone stated in his quote to have to courage to say no and face the truth. Trust me it might be hard at that moment but coming clean to someone shows a lot of respect in your behalf.

"Be cool in school- live every rule."
Mr.Haymore
Being cool in school doesn't necessarily mean you're cool because you are breaking the rules or because everyone knows you. This quote is stating that you should be cool by following all the rules that are given. You can't seem cool if you're breaking all the rules and being disobedient. In a teachers point of view or any adult if they see a student who can't seem to follow the rules, is always late to class never doing his work and ditching school they aren't going to think you are cool they're going to think you are a fool. Maybe you want to look cool with your friends but what good will that do if your choosing the wrong path.

William Penn
As how William Penn says " the best recreation is to do good". In order for you to understand what he is talking about you must break down his quote or define the words that seem to be the key term. Recreation, is when you are remaking something. If you are recreating something why not instead of it being bad you should do good as how William Penn states it in his quote. It's best to have done good in your life then the opposite of it.

" Don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want now. Write down what you want most and see it often."
Peter Vidmar
Sometimes people don't realize that as you get older things start to change. The way you think about things and what you truly want. For example there are many teens who choose the wrong and rather go out with friends to parties to smoke and drink but what will that truly benefit you. The only thing that it will cause is harm you. Instead of you going out with friends you should set your priorities straight and take care of the things that will benefit you when you're older. What you want right now at this age might not be what you have most desired. Things change and nothing stays the same. That's why you should pursue what will make you happy years from now.

I had never heard of a career like this but putting thought to it it wouldn't seem like a bad idea to try it out. It's different and new to me and who knows maybe I might be pretty good at it considering I still can't find the perfect career for me. This career would be one i'll be willing to try.

Chromotherapy
Duties and Responsibilities: Chromotherapy, sometimes called color therapy, colorology or chromatherapy, is an alternative medicine method, which is considered considered considered pseudoscience. Chromo Therapists claim to be able to use light in the form of color to balance "energy" lacking from a person's body, whether it be on physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental levels. Research has shown it is ineffective. Color therapy is distinct from other types of light therapy, such as neonatal jaundice treatment and blood irradiation therapy which is a scientifically-accepted medical treatment for a number of conditions, and from photobiology, the scientific study of the effects of light on living organisms.
Education:There is no standard education or training for practitioners of chromotherapy. Chromotherapy is not a licensed health practice in North America.
Reflection: Sounds like a interesting career to take up because you are working with colors and how some people can be affected by which mood or how they feel by only using colors. I read an article about chromotherapy and it was about a girl who had been depressed for quite sometime and didn't know what to do or take. She later on realized her room needed a new color and changed it to light periwinkle and in a few days she started to feel much better. This career would be something I would enjoy studying for.

Always choose the right no matter what the decision might be. You can never go wrong if you do the right thing. Things are much easier then when you choose the wrong because you won't have to worry about any consequences are bad things happening to you. For example if you decide to lie to whoever it's going to affect you because you will not only lie once but you will continue to lie to cover up the first lie. It's unfortunate but true, that's why always choose what is best and never choose the wrong.

In addition to the educational requirements, a FBI agent must be physically fit and active. While having a foreign language is not necessary, it is looked upon favorably. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that applicants interested in becoming FBI agents need to possess some previous work experience with law enforcement agencies. The minimum amount of experience varies based on the education a FBI agent has completed. The more education they have, the less work experience they need. Additionally, after being accepted into this career, FBI agents complete an 18-week training program to properly prepare them for duty.
Reflection: Becoming an FBI agent has always been a big dream of mine. I always wanted to do something for my community and this seemed perfect for me. It interests me because everyday is a different thing you are doing and experiencing not like a teacher that every year you teach the same exact thing. This career exposes you to the world world and how things actually work. I want to be someone important in life, i would like to make a change in my family and show them that you can aim high and achieve those goals. You just have to try hard and put your full effort in it. I know becoming an FBI agent is not easy but I'm willing to take that challenge at least so I can know I tried.
