                                                  Dubai

Dubai is the most populous city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates, and the second largest emirate by territorial size after the capital, Abu Dhabi.
Dubai is located on the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf and is one of the seven emirates that make up the country. Abu Dhabi and Dubai are the only two emirates to have veto power over critical matters of national importance in the country's legislature.  The city of Dubai is located on the emirate's northern coastline and heads up the Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman metropolitan area. Dubai is to host World Expo 2020.
Dubai has emerged as a global city and business hub of the Middle East and South Asia. It is also a major transport hub for passengers and cargo. By the 1960s Dubai's economy was based on revenues from trade and, to a smaller extent, oil exploration concessions, but oil was not discovered until 1966. Oil revenue first started to flow in 1969. Dubai's oil revenue helped accelerate the early development of the city, but its reserves are limited and production levels are low: today, less than 5% of the emirate's revenue comes from oil. The emirate's Western-style model of business drives its economy with the main revenues now coming from tourism, aviation, real estate, and financial services. Dubai has recently attracted world attention through many innovative large construction projects and sports events. The city has become symbolic for its skyscrapers and high-rise buildings, in particular the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. Dubai has been criticised for human rights violations concerning the city's largely South Asian. One day I want to be able to travel to Dubai it's such an incredible place to visit. Besides being one of the richest cities it's also very modern.

                        Student Success Statement

"True wealth is of the heart, not of the purse."

                                                       Og Mandino

Og Mandino is making an excellent quote by saying that true wealth is of the heart not of  the purse because it matters more for a person to have a great heart and personality then if you have all the money in the world. What' a better way to be loved and liked for your money or for the person you are. At that time that you have all the money you can ask for and also the friends it might feel good but what if one of those days all your money runs out where will all your friends go if all you offered them was money and not kindness of your heart. That's why wealth is not of the purse.

                                                    Choose The Right!!!
                                 Student Success Statement
"Real wealth is not so much what we have as what we are."

                                                           Sterling W. Sill

In life money isn't everything. Sterling W. Sill makes a strong point by pointing out that just because you  might be wealthy in life that that makes you a better person than someone who isn't as fortunate. Being wealthy as what you are means what kind of person you are.  If you have all the money in the world but you're a cruel and selfish person nobodys going to see you as a good person. For example if you have a person who isn't as wealthy but is generous and kind of course he's going to be worth a lot more then the person with the money because at the end of the day money can only buy you happiness that won't last long or isn't real.
