" It's a great moment when someone has character to step up and do the right thing at the right time."
Pam Knox
When you have people who are not afraid of doing the right thing. Those are the people that should be looked up too because in this world that we live in we always blame everyone else but ourselves. Someone else always has the fault for the mistakes we make. It shouldn't have to be like that because we all make mistakes and nobody is perfect but the fact that you actually own up to your mistakes and what you have done wrong is what makes you into a better person. People appreciate those who can saying the truth and do the right thing. Don't lie and do the wrong thing, always be good to yourself so others can too.

Student Success Statement
" My basic principle is that you don't make decisions because they are easy; you don't make them because they are cheap' you don't make them because they're popular; you make them because they're right."
Theodore Hesburgh
You always have to know that making the right decision might seem like if it's to hard or if there really is no point for it. But always remember making the right decision is better because you will never be filled with consequences. Whenever you take an easy way out it always will come back and haunt you because it's not the right thing to do. Don't do things that you might think at that moment it's okay to do. Wait stop and think because a bad decision can affect you through out all your life.

" Ask yourself is it right or wrong and act accordingly."
Otto Graham, Jr
It all depends in what way you are using accordingly. Some people might use accordingly in other ways for example the law. According to the law you should not make bad decisions or there will be consequences. Or according to your mom you can't be out late at night because something bad can happen to you. But it can also be switched into something bad what if you do a mistake and you tell the person who caught you doing something wrong that according to your friend it was ok for you to do that. Sometimes our parents might teach us a few things that are not according correct that's why you should be more wiser and understand that every decision you should consider no matter who the advice might be coming from.

"Right is right only when entire"
Victor Hugo
What Hugo is trying to say by having the quote " Right is right only when entire" is that you can only be choosing the right if you are committing yourself to do nothing but the right. For example if you go home late and you tell your mom part of the truth and part a lie then you are not doing the right thing because you are using 50% 50%. It's like if you were to contract a man to build your house and be only builds half of it correctly and the other half not so good and of course you will be upset and odds are that your house will crumble down because the structure was not build correct. You can only choose the right by sticking to the truth all the way with no lies or any other bad things.

"Always do right."
Mark Twain
Making the right choice can sometimes be more difficult then doing the wrong thing. And sometimes that's what many people think. They rather chose the bad path because they want an easy way out of a problem, issue or any decision. I'm not talking about just other people but I can also include myself. Even though the wrong decision can be much better than the right now choosing the right won't come with a consequence but maybe with a reward for saying the truth and doing the right thing. However there is still the probability that you still might get punished but is a better feeling then knowing you did the right thing.

"If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true don't say it."
Marcus Aurelius
This success statement can be pretty easy to follow and understand. The first sentences states "if it is not right do not do it" it can't get no more simpler then this. You know what's right and what's wrong if you know going out with your friends to smoke and drink is wrong don't do it because believe it or not your only harming yourself. Not only will you be lying to you parents about what you will be doing but you will also be harming yourself by lying, smoking and drinking at an age when you should not be doing those things. The second statement says "if it is not true don't say it" everything you hear with your friends or other people don't believe unless there is prove or you have seen it for yourself. If a friend tells you something bad about another person but you know that person has never done anything to you don't go in believing rumors stick to only the truth.

1. Have the courage to say no.
2. Have the courage to face the truth.
3. Do the right thing because it is right.
These are the 3 magic keys to living your life with integrity.
W. Clement Stone
Doing the right thing might be more hard then doing the wrong thing. Kids and even parents sometimes get influence or under the bad temptation in choosing the wrong. But you have to have to courage to say no, you will make a bigger impact in your life if you say or do the wrong thing, that's called consequences. Believe it or not they will happen if you don't go down the right path. W. Clement Stone stated in his quote to have to courage to say no and face the truth. Trust me it might be hard at that moment but coming clean to someone shows a lot of respect in your behalf.
